In spite of growing up a tomboy, who never owned lipstick until college, jewelry is now a part of me. In college, a dear friend of mine knew of my creative side and asked me to make her a pair of earrings from materials we purchased at a local craft store. I started selling them to friends and at sorority houses and before graduating college, my jewelry was sold in several boutiques across the south. It's nostalgic to see my early creations, and I often have peope approach me wearing thier "vintage KSD". Seeing these early pieces impelled me to produce pieces that had longevity.

The evolution of my brand has been such an adventure. Thank you to all who have been on it with me, it just keeps getting better and better.
