Custom orders and sale items are not returnable. Items that have been worn will not be eligible for return. All in-stock items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Items returned within 30 days may be exchanged for another in-stock item or for a KSD credit to be used within 6 months of the original purchase date.
Fine Jewelry is delicate and should be worn and treated with care. We are happy to repair an item at no charge to you, within the first 90 days of receipt of purchase if the item is deemed defective by KSD.
We will determine the best course of action after proper inspection of the piece. Repairs needed after 90 days, or if the issue is deemed to be caused by misuse or extreme wear and tear, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer.
Remove jewelry when exercising, washing dishes, applying lotion or harsh products, etc. in order to protect your pieces. Rings and bracelets with diamonds or gemstone should be treated with care.
To clean your jewelry, use dish soap with water or jewelry cleaner and a gentle brush.
